Max Breakfast host Alex Horsburgh spoke to Finlay of Cold Years. The band are our current single of the weeks with the song Northern Blues from their debut album paradise. The album was written as a sarcastic snarl at their hometown of Aberdeen, its remote nature and the frustration of a generation in decline. The album also operates with the optimistic notion that you don't have to spend your life accepting misery as your reality.
